Definitely. If there is a thing that this franchise is bad on it is's certainly picking in the draft.
Just look at this:
- D-Wade, best player in Miami Heat history was selected but as someone mentioned Pat didn't want him...
- other great players like - Lebron, Shaq, Zo, Bosh, Hardaway - all came either via free agency or via trade...
- How much very good players did we draft? Smith, Rice, Butler.
That's REALLY POOR drafting...

New CBA is going to be pretty rough on the lux tax. The more rookie contract usable young prospects the better. Riley and the boys need to start choosing wisely because big changes are coming on the horizon.
