How bad is wade's knee?

Post#1 » by Heat_Fan_87 » Thu Mar 28, 2013 6:49 pm

Some here thought that wade was taking those games off for maintenance. It is obvious now that he is having knee problems again. He went 13 str8 games scoring 20 or more and his last 4 games he has not touched 20. Not the best time to be having knee problems 3 weeks before the playoffs. If it needs to be drained, do it now.

Wade's knee is fine. You have to remember that two of those stinkers came against teams he's always had trouble with, as of late anyway. Celtics and The Bulls...and he got some nice lift and yammed it pretty hard with a dunk in one of those games. I think his two days off was "maintenance" more than anything. It's all about effort and after his strong streak he cooled off a bit...which is ok, just bring it in the post season.

True, he has struggled against those teams. I still think he is having knee problems again.

He is having some sort of knee issues

In the fourth qtr, he fell wrong and started grabbing his knee

I think they should rest him

Can they do that plasma therapy on his knees

I say it wouldnt hurt. Deron recently did it to his ankles and I know every situation is different, but I want the DWade that went on a tear to show up for the playoffs

This vid doesn't show all the **** D on Deng or bulls from Dwade, but for that stretch where Deng got hot, h he had no business guarding him(spo). I rather see him play 30 minutes hard instead of 38 all glimpy and taking plays off. We have Allen and We can even throw Miller in.

I say let him take games off but make him practice his jumpshot in practice non stop!

His jumpshot was fine during the stretch, but when you don't have proper lift, your shots are gonna be flat, which has been the case for Wade lately. You could see on several occasions that he struggled to bend his knees properly, offensively and defensively, which I've noticed in the past 6 to 7 games. I'm hoping it's just a bruise that hampers his knee's mobility, but wouldn't be surprised if it was something worse. Seeing how extensive knee therapy seems to have helped Kobe, I wonder whether Wade shouldn't look to seek a knee specialist for further treatment beyond surgery.

Well the good news is it's not his surgically repaired knee.

Give him all the time off he needs, same with anybody else. I'd rather be 100% healthy than gimpy but with the #1 overall seed.

I've never wanted to punch someone in the face so badly. Really hoping to run into him at a game one day. I won't hesitate.

we are 23-6 without Wade since the big 3 joined. So resting him won't do much to our record. I don't know if having home court advantage in the Finals is a good thing anyway. The 2-3-2 format sucks.
