I remember when Pippen said it last year then everybody just went crazy as if He'd said something sinful, or rude or something racist. He just expressed his OPINION and EVERYONE was killing him for it. Like the dude played with MJ, Im pretty sure he knows about MJ more than Skip Bayless or Stephen A Smith or whoever. Its really sad how If anyone dares compare Lebron to jordan people pretend like its a crime. The MJ fans truly belive MJ is a prpohet(seriously)

So glad Lebron doesn't wear 23 anymore. Let Kobe worry about trying to impersonate MJ.

Lebron is Lebron. He plays a different position, style, teammates/team/coach, opposition, and scenario. Literally nothing Lebron has done has screamed MJ to me, good or bad. He just isn't like him.

Only legacy he is worried about is his own. And that's how it should be.

I would like to know how many times in his career Jordan checked a guy who was ~250 lbs for most/all of game.

I imagine its not very common. Maybe never happened.

Not only that look at defense in general.

Jordan is thought of as one of the best defenders of all time because the Bulls were good at defense. But they got better at defense when he retired the first time. What are the odds that a team loses one of the best defenders of all time and then gets better at defense?

Lebron has been the best defender on two great defenses on completely different teams.

People forget how skinny Jordan was pre-retirement

This of course was when he was at his offensive peak, and had would be giving up probably 2 inches and 35 lbs to Lebron.

His 2nd go-round, he bulked up enough where he could probably bang with Lebron, but at that point, he was past peak, getting to the rim less and he wasn't as dynamic a finisher as he had been. He took a ton of midrange shots, and overall his scoring, both in shot attempts and efficiency from location, was pretty similar to Kobe Bryant's, maybe slightly better.
