Going back to that 1st turnover by LeBron near the end of regulation.

I screaming for him to attack Parker earlier and get the shot off. So when he turned it over I was obviously mad.

But when reflecting on it today..

I think LeBron is so fearful of an offensive foul when guarding by such a small player. We saw how Parker flopped earlier in the Qrt.

Just a small instance how "refs" can affect the psyche of a player late in games.

This is exactly the case.

Not just against Parker, but against any other Spur. Why do you think LBJ has not tried to absolutely truck Green and Co. In the open court? The foul wont get called for him or its an offensive foul. So he tries to bait them into the foul instead.

Yes and yes. I pointed this out back in the IND series. James is doing exactly this. That Green "strip" play was so frustrating. It "might" have been a clean play but every other superstar since time immemorial would have gone to the FT line.

I find it kinda odd that when the game is on the line, Bosh remembers he doesn't have a vag and plays up to his size and snatches the rebound like he did to pass it to Allen. He should try rebounding like that more often.

Nobody was giving up on the team, we were calling LeBron out for being passive and his horrible 3 quarters in Game 6. Even Wade & Ray basically said when LeBron plays aggressive, it inspires the whole team to follow. I live by "if a player on this team plays like crap then that player deserves to get bashed. If a player on this team plays great then that player deserves to get praised". Just because we don't constantly suck one players nuts doesn't mean we give up on the team. I care about us winning our 3rd banner over anything else in the world right now...

Wut? Wade was probably the worst Heat player on the court in the last minute of the game and OT. His dumb ass tip out nearly cost us the game and that fadeaway jumper he took in OT when we were up 1 was just blasphemous. But at the same time I can't really point out his flaws because he was out of rhythm all game long. After he banged knees with Ginobili he tried to force the issue too much. LeBron on the other hand was passive as hell for 3 quarters and waited until the fourth quarter to finally put his head down and attack. I can't really put all the blame on Wade for LeBron being passive because Spo was the one who decided to put Wade back in and one of LeBron's turnovers happened to be a lob attempt to Bosh so he got passive when the other 2 superstars came back in...

I really don't see any reason for us to leave Danny Green open tonight. Parker will get his, Duncan will get his but don't let Green get anything. But the key for tonight's game imo is to not let Ginobili have one of those Game 5 type performances. We need to keep him quiet as possible...

Im referring to those who said stuff like being done with him forever etc, gotta stick with players through the good times and the bad because when the good times come its more sweeter. Of course he isn't free from criticism I agree but some posters were talking about writing him off for good lol, smh Vertical I don't recall you saying anything like that just other fans

I posted the (almost) exact same thing before Game 5 last year vs OKC and it worked. So here goes:

Absolutely NO SLOW STARTS, NO LAZY PASSES, AND NO HAPHAZARD BALL HANDLING OR BAD DEFENSIVE ROTATIONS! They have to bring it, and LEAVE EVERYTHING ON THE FLOOR for Game 7. They have to channel all their energy from the pain and disappointment they felt when they saw the yellow ropes and trophy being brought out in the late stages of Game 6 and unleash it for 48 minutes tonight. Doubt is beginning to seep in for the opponent, you can see signs of defeat in their faces the other night, DO NOT LET THEM THINK OTHERWISE. As Coach Riley did during a timeout in Game 6 of the 2006 Finals, he threw away the clipboard and screamed at his players like a boxing coach in between rounds of a title match. We have the best player on the court, we can beat them, and we will beat them, and we need to pound that belief into the opponent that they have no chance to win. Make an early statement to start Game 7 and let those feelings of doubt and defeat simmer ever longer for the opposing team. Gradually, grind and attack their resolve and hopefully we will beat them into submission and earn the hard fought victory.
