As I said, just hide it in a "Memorabilia room" or something. So nobody sees it anymore.

those 4 are guaranteed retires at this point.

and if Ray Allen stays and we 3peat next year with Ray Allen, then I will add Allen's name to the list as well. Call me crazy, but I think it adds prestige to our organization having Ray Allen's jersey hanging in the rafters, and it would be 100% legitimate since he won 2 rings in a big role with us

ALSO - I would like it if Pat Riley lowers the Dan Marino and Michael Jordan jerseys from the rafters and puts it in a "Memorabilia room" hidden away somewhere. So techniaclly, he's not going back on his retirement ceremonies, but we can hide it from public view and forget about it.

I have no problem with either being up its in the corner of the arena its not like its next to Zo or Tim's jersey. Plus Dan Marino's number is only honored, and Pat want Jordan to have the Jackie Robinson treatment in the NBA.
but to the Main point I agree with you All 4 of those are guaranteed. If Ray Allen gets his Jersey retired from us it wont be for like 10 years after he retires.

I think the bigger question is in terms of statues. I think if LeBron or Bosh bolt after next season, we'd eventually see a Wade statue in front of the AAA. If they all stay, I think they should collectively get a statue. Imagine a statue version of this pose:

As far as jerseys being retired, Wade is a mortal lock, UD and LeBron are locks, and as long as Bosh stays after this contract, he's a lock.

I'm drooling over the idea of that statue, Slot.

I think its unquestionable that the Big 3 will get their jerseys retired. UD will get his jersey retired too. Another name that we probably have to consider down the road will be (you will ALL probably laugh at this)

Mario Chalmers. If he stays with the Heat for his whole career and we are consistently winning championships while he is the starting PG...think about it.

OK picture this:

Miami wins at least one more championship with this core while reaching the finals and losing another time...

That's 5 final appearances and 3 titles...dude put a Big 3 statue out front of the AAA

Heck! Everyone says that Boston's Big 3 was so successful...in 3 seasons we surpassed their success...

Wade, LeBron, and UD are absolute locks. Bosh probably is too, but I think he needs to do more for it.

Eventually down the road probably Shaq, right?

Well without a doubt Wades jersey will be hanging up there with Zo and Hardaway. I'd assume unless they bolt that LeBron and Bosh will have theirs up there as well, honestly even if they do with what theyve done for this team and this city I cant see a way they dont retire their jerseys. I do agree with the post above me, a nice Riley statue would be sick right out from of the AAA.

I would retire Lebron, Wade and Haslem's jerseys. I would not retire Bosh, or Shaqs.

Shaq was here for like 3 years, it's not as if Miami became unstoppable because of him joining us, and Bosh whilst being pretty good, hasn't been the player we picked him up to be. Win a couple more championships with Bosh or just three-peat and I'd say yes.

Bosh will never get the respect he deserves and its sad, but it goes to show his character that he doesnt care about the respect from others because he knows how vital his role is to this teams overall success.

Um what does this have to do with how much I respect Bosh at all? He's played 3 years for an organisation and been part of 2 championships. Think about it HE'S PLAYED HERE FOR 3 YEARS. He's not GOAT potential like Lebron and carried us to two titles, in 50% of the playoff games he's been a no show and has less than 5 boards. That's ridiculous. He's come up big sometimes, but if he was even 75% consistent in his gameplay we wouldn't of had so much trouble winning games in the playoffs.

Funny how people love to point out that his midrange shot is key for us and then complain when he doesnt get rebounds. Hes out there to spread the floor and hes does that extremely well. If you think he hasnt been key to Miami youre crazy. Without him spreading the floor teams would just pack the paint, like the Spurs did and basically shut LeBron and Wade down. Bosh having his mid range game is what helps this team the most. He might not show up 100% to everygame but lets face the facts, neither does Wade but we let that slide. To compare him to shaq is just sad, hes done way more for this team than Shaq ever did.

No one compared him to Shaq, you must have poor reading comprehension if you think I did, might want to re-read what I actually said. You can talk about his floor spacing on offense, but that doesn't stop him from getting boards on the defensive end  . Many players in the league spread the floor and still rebound the damn ball, Tim Duncan, Aldridge, (Even) Dirk gets a rebound a game more, Al Horford, Carlos Boozer, as a few examples that's not an excuse to be a poor DRB'er.

Bosh jersey will be retired and he deserves it. If you think otherwise you're crazy.

In 3 years for us, Bosh has averaged 14.9ppg and 7.9rpg in the playoffs; 1.2 blocks per game, 50% shooting and 80% FTs...

It's not as bad as people think.

I think we need to retire Haslems' mouthpiece, LeBrons headband and Mike Millers shoe.
