Free agent forward Louis Amundson hasn’t ever been much more than a journeyman during his seven year NBA career, but that hasn’t stopped a handful of teams from showing interest in the former UNLV product.

According to ESPN’s Marc Stein, multiple teams have informed Amundson’s agent they’d like to retain his services:

Hearing that Heat, Kings and Mavs (all Oden finalists) as well as Hawks, Knicks and Pacers have registered level of interest in Amundson

Defensively, he scraps, hustles, dives on the floor and shows strong fundamentals with a good motor. He's a pesky defender who likes to get in his man’s face and puts a lot of effort and pride in this. We could use someone like that off the bench with Andersen.

Don't want Admundsen, too small. Get Haddadi we need big bigs. Small ball won't keep cutting it when our wings are getting older.
