Skip Bayless cant let it go

Skip is a clown. Someone who is on ESPN to annoy and draw people to debate. Skip was the only LeBron hater left and even after LeBron has proven to be a champion, Skip knows that he loses the one topic that people know him for which is being a LeBron hater. I loved ESPN but they have gone away from true highlights and debate and more toward personality's that know nothing but being fake.

Honestly though since lebrons shut him up by beating his two favourite teams in the finals he looks like a defeated man actually. No one cares about him anymore, not that they ever did to begin with. But his opinion is at An all time level low right now.

skip bayless' act is getting really old. If you know sports talk radio or even these debate shows there's always a good cop and a bad cop. I really stopped watching this clown a while back. How can you discredit a guy that's won at the highest level multiple times. I love the episode where Jalen Rose put him in his place

i never understood him as im from the uk so i only see first take in snippets....

he seems to have an underlying hate for aaron rodgers as well...its really strange.

i think aaron rodgers called him out and called him a ''shock value presenter '' or something

He hates Rodgers because he is a huge Brett Favre fan and people have said that Rodgers is better than Favre. Similarly, he is a big Michael Jordan fanboy and I think he hates LeBron because he sees LeBron as a threat to Jordan. You can tell by how he always gets super upset about LeBron doing Jordan's powder toss routine or wearing #23 and things like that. He is terrified that people might forget about MJ or not see him as the GOAT anymore. I think that's the reason why he hates on D.Rose too - for getting Chicago fans to move on from the Jordan years.

I think it's all for TV, it's a debate show. Who would watch an hour of 2 guys agree on everything? He has to go against what the other guy is talking about.

I don't think that's the case because I also don't think he's that desperate or stupid. He may like Jordan or Favre but if his show had aired 25 years earlier, he would've gone against MJ just for the sake of it. The guy provokes people, he knows how to push their buttons and while everybody gets angry, a lot of people watch the show or talk about it, giving ESPN more viewers and more exposure and those more income. They wouldn't let the show continue the way it does if it wasn't a major cashcow. Hell, they had fired Stephen A. Smith already, but they figured they could use his big mouth to earn money and they've successfully done so by sitting somebody across from him who knows how to piss people off and make it sound like a reasonable opinion.

--enough, makes great sense, Journalism is not objective. Sensationalism at its finest. I keep saying that media/entertainment are the new Religion, pulling the strings of the masses.

ESPN is tied to profits so it prostitutes for profit. Stop buying into it, and they (ESPN) will go to another operating model (sorry Skip develop a new gimmick or become old news) .

Should change the Thread title, Beginning of the end for Skip- Lebron back to back. Will be official if 3peat.
