Are Ray Allen and Beasley coming back?
I was just looking at Miami's cap space and if they plan everything right they can bring back a really good team next year. Wade has to take a big pay cut though. Bosh and Lebron as well but they are younger and not breaking down.

Why would we care if Beasley comes back or not? He's barely been part of what we've done. Allen most likely wants to continue and I don't see any reason for him not to return.

I believe Beasley (and Oden) will be part of the regular rotation next year.

I'd personally be more interested in his former teammate, Richard Jefferson next year, as opposed to Carter. Jefferson quietly had a really solid year in Utah. Shot 40% from the three , on nearly 4 attempts per game this season. And he seems to be all in on ring chasing next year:

Would be a perfect Battier replacement.

Jazz forward Richard Jefferson is in the final year of his contract, feels like he has "two or three more years where I can compete on a daily basis" and plans to go "championship hunting."
In an interview on Sirius XM's Off the Dribble show Thursday, the 33-year-old Jefferson, who came to Utah in a trade from Golden State, said as his career winds down, he's not playing for money but a chance to win a title.
"I want to play for a championship team," he said. "I want to win a championship. I've come that close. People think just the NBA, but I'll take it back a little further for you. I lost in the [NCAA] national championship game. Then I went to the Olympics and lost to a quality Argentina team and won a bronze medal. Then I lost in two NBA finals. I want to win."
Would be a perfect Battier replacement.

Because he's still young and perhaps you could sign him on a cheap deal since most of the teams don't want anything to do with him?
If you can sign him to a multiyear deal for a low amount, I wouldn't say no to him.

He's been in the league for a while. If he hasn't been a real part of the rotation, do you believe that's gonna be the case in the future after he failed at every place he's been to? At this point in his career, he is what he is and to us, he's a security blanket and already on a cheap deal. He's easily replaceable by others though.

Beasley was part of the Heat's rotation up until March.
He took Lewis' spot and then Spo switched him back. Everybody know's Spo likes to screw around with rotations and creates crap rotations and run with it.While Beasley was in the rotation, he came through offensively with rebounding many times.
I highly doubt any other player on the cheap like Beasley is can do what Beasley do off the bench.

I have to agree with Cablex. Beasley was playing well, did his thing and helped out. Maybe Spo has a plan for him next year, who knows but I don't think you can bring back a similar type of player with his speed/athleticism/age on a cheap deal like Beasley. Which players do you have in mind?

Read again, I said real part of the rotation, as in guys who'll play when we really need them, which is the playoffs. Here Spoelstra trusts Lewis and Jones more than Beasley.
In terms of individual offense it's doubtful whether we'll find a better player, but in terms of overall package you'll find several ring chasers who can provide a similar or better overall package than Beasley. Richard Jefferson could be an option available next year for cheap who can be more of a factor for us than Beasley.

Re: VC is the perfect fit for the Heat
I hope Beasley leaves this team for the best of both parties, no point playing for a team when like 60% of the team's fans hate you regardless of what you do. Besides the Heat don't need him anyways in any form by the looks of it except maybe as a human victory cigar and another extra body in practice. It will suck though if let's say the Spurs can somehow incorporate him in their system and turn him into something useful. But on the other hand, it wouldn't surprise me to know that without the Heat's guidance, he'll go back to his old self and probably find himself playing in China 2 years from now
