Bosh needs to wake the **** up. **** that, we got many contributions from guys that fulfilled Bosh's role. We won, enjoy this one but we got a lot of work to do. Game 4 is a must win.

A lot to chew on here....I'll start with the negative

1) The slow starts have to stop. I know the Pacers are far from an offensive juggernaut, but tonight was one of those exceptions for them because typically when they're in front, they make a lot of BS shots. There's no reason for us to push the boundaries, not against this Pacer team who's wanted us from the get go. We need to start the game off on a positive note, and keep them down. I don't want us to give any life to that team.

2) Very few Heat fans in here haven't bashed 'Shard. But even his haters have to give him credit tonight. He took David West completely out of his comfort zone, and to Spo's credit he never deviated away from that matchup. I'd like Lewis to hit some shots, but if he can consistently keep David West from having a major impact, I can easily tolerate his lack of shot making.

3) Norris Cole: keep it up, everything you're doing now.

4) LBJ & Wade after the 1st quarter were awesome again. And it didn't look like they were tired or were feeling like they were carrying a heavy load, because they got great contributions from other guys.

5) Ray mother ****ing Allen! Was this the first good game he's had against Indy? I don't remember others, but he was fantastic tonight. Will I expect it Game 4 on Monday? No. But hopefully he can keep his rhythm.

At the end of the day, we took care of business. But we have to do it again now, and start the games with some energy & effort. All of the good we've done will mean absolutely nothing if don't win Game 4 on Monday. So let's get it!!!
