I bet people in the future would get depressed if they had to read one of our game threads.

Let LeBron go to Chicago, Bosh and Joe Johnson will come here, and LeBron will still lose every year. Fine by me :)

Man you are a great poster but this entire post

Bump! haha. I remember that time I went wild after Wade and Bosh announce that they'll sign with the Heat. Then the decision happens.. It was crazy for us Heat fans but a nightmare for the rest of the NBA fans. lol

wow. Seeing all the Heat fans that use to post here. Good times.

Also...

Its kind of amazing that the 1st year was the only year "close" to the stat projections many thought. Even though that was our worst team.

I guess thats why I was so mad at Spo (which was just the fantasy basketball in me talking) because I couldnt figure out why Bosh wasnt putting up 19/10 and LeBron wasnt averaging 9 assists

On the GB a lot of people thought LeBron could average a triple double back then.

If you're worried about Lebron leaving Miami, don't be :

I STILL don't think we're getting Melo though. Pat caught lightning in a bottle. No way, NO WAY does he pick up another superstar.

A reporter asked James how he had been able to avoid answering questions about free agency this time around, as Anthony couldn't seem to do the same.

Long pause.

Smile.

"See me?" James said. "I don't talk about it."

Was it easier because the Heat were winning?

"No, it's easier that I'm in Miami, and he's in New York," James said. "New York media [are] a little bit different than Miami [media]. You guys don't take no for answer. So...I don't have to deal with that."

He said that with a touch of smugness

Not exactly assuring but still should make the tin hats spin lmao

starts with bosh, if he takes a paycut, Carmelo looks at Miami as a place where it's obviously not only a place to win but also get paid. Wade, I fully expect to take a paycut and go to the 12-15/yr. Lebron opting out and signing is a no brainer then.
