Lance Stephenson Regrets Trash Talking LBJ

Well, after LeBron dropped 32, 10, and 5, looks like Lance Stephenson now regrets trash talking LeBron James. I mean atleast the guy apologized lol...he's young, but I guess he finally recognized greatness. Here's the quote: At Wednesday’s early afternoon shootaround, Stephenson also stated, “I think I said some things that shouldn’t have been said. Also Paul (George). We just gotta play basketball and stop worrying about all the other stuff”

I would be willing to bet that a lot of people have a lot of regrets with lance. No idea what they do with him this offseason. I don't think I could pay the man with this level of "buffoonery" as Ray Allen says. That guy gets you fired.

Betting he's not a Pacer after this offseason. Some team will overpay for the guy and run the offense through him as the first option lol

I don't know that anyone is going to overpay him. Remember every year Nate Robinson is a free agent, no matter how good he is the previous year--no one rushes out to pay him.

No team is that presently has salary cap is dump enough to commit their long term future to Lance at above an MLE.

The teams that might go after him will be teams that are already top teams and want to use him as a role player and have a strong veteran presence. He might fit well on the Clippers for instance.

I don't think the Pacers will bring him back though. It's clear most of that team hates him. Even if he and David West are the only players on that team that aren't mental midgets.

You will see, he's going to get that 5 year 60 million from some low market desperate team that thinks he might become something he's not.

I like Stephenson's game and he's a bonehead but I think a veteran team like the heat/spurs will shape him up. No leadership in the pacers locker room

Some players even the best organisations can´t change, see Sjax and the Spurs. Beside that who in their right mind would want Stephenson on this team!?

im not saying i would just giving an example of the type of team that will be able to control him. i can see new york offering him a big deal. the hilarity that would ensue
