i honestly don't think jersey retirement is enough as silly as it may sound.

I truly believe a statue or bust (shoulders and up statue) outside the arena along with wade and LBJ/Bosh depending on how their career goes with the heat is an absolute must.

MJ & Pippen have one in chicago
Magic, Kareem, and Jerry west have them in chicago
Malone & stockton have them in Utah
DR J has one in philly

at the end of the day the sacrifices that haslem has made 3 times in his career with his contracts ( I think 3...definitely 2) has totally set the tone for the Miami Heat organization and pretty much has allowed us to continue to encourage guys to take less to contribute to the bigger picture (pretty much everyone in a heat jersey for the past 4 years has taken less than they should have)
