Bledsoe is restricted. Suns would match any contract Miami is able to give him. The whole point is for the big 3 to take less to sign a 4th player who can take less as well.

True, but why did the Suns drafted Ennis when they have Bledsoe and Dragic and another point guard? Unless they trade Dragic I don't see Bledsoe staying unless they do a sign and trade and get somethin back for him.

I think they drafted Ennis because it's better to be safe than sorry. In case somebody offers Bledsoe more then the Suns are willing to match.

No, they needed a back-up point guard who is better than Ish Smith. They also have a philosophy to take the best player available. It was an ideal situation, he was the best player available and filled a need. The Suns are not letting Bledsoe go.
