How good is Norris Cole?

Cole will be paid $2m for Season 2014/15 to be the team's 10th man. I think that's about right.

I'm actually surprised he's still in the league with all that improvement How can you be that band when all you got to do is pass the ball to other star players or shoot wide open shots because no one is guarding you.
