Wade and Bosh didn't say anything like that. Lebron is a magician or a con man, The way he changed the way he is perceived completely while leaving all the negatives back in Miami and we're supposed to be happy about that. If one more person tells me that I should be thanking Lebron I'll barf.

Most people are hypocritical idiots with short memories.
That being said, it's more about the narrative, and the narrative pushed by the press about Lebron was the home-town hero finally bringing a title to a city that didn't have one since the invention of the wheel, more or less.

The media pushed 3 stories about him in 2010: hometown hero (stays in Cle), money greedy whore (goes to NY), chasing history (goes to Chicago). He flipped the script on ALL of them. He did exactly what fans were clamoring for from the stars: be unselfish, subdue their ego, give up money, touches etc, sacrifice to win. And that's where the fans' hypocrisy and jealousy became obvious and they started hating on the Heat.

Now that the narrative changed back, people suddenly forgot all the made up reasons they were hating Lebron for.

I don't think that will happen, for the reasons above.
The hate didn't have a good reason.

He's the best ball player in the league and he's a very unselfish player.
He's also smart, got great court vision etc.
He's a good teammate by all accounts, too.
I've never seen from him the kind of quotes I saw from Kobe (taking a dump on Gasol, now already criticizing Lin, as if Lin is the one playing hero-ball etc)

Well, Kobe fans will hate him with the fire of a billion suns, because they still cling to the dream that Kobe is (or ever was) better than Lebron, and they try to take Lebron down to make Kobe look better. And, if he keeps winning, Bulls fans will hate him because they are protective of MJ.

But otherwise, the more he wins, the more loved he'll be.
And if he loses, people will blame the Cavs organization - which is what they should have done up to 2010.
