This team's talent level demands a much better record. Spo is the one to blame. His style of coaching is a horrible match with this current roster. This team desperately needs a classic pick'n roll/ball movement style coach.

It's getting awfully close to "1-2-3 . . . Cancun!" time.

We are what, 8 games under .500 again? With 26 games left in the season?

Teams hit their stride after the allstar break... After being together for 50 games.

This is them: Image

There's a very likely chance we miss the playoffs and turn over our pick to Philly. This the perfect time to panic.

I've never wanted to punch someone in the face so badly. Really hoping to run into him at a game one day. I won't hesitate.

100% Agreed. Some in the game thread wanted him to keep shooting even after knowing he was off.

F that! Beasley and Walker hesitant to take 3s just reinforces for the defense that they don't have to commit to closing out as hard. When the defense knows we're passing up open looks at the 3, the defense squeezes in tighter and tighter to the basket. That means no looks for Whiteside, no looks for Wade, no looks for Dragic and we're f*cked.

It's imperative that we capitalize on open 3 point looks for hte larger scheme

The HEAT need to play with the same rotations for more than a few games each. There is no continuity, no flow to these games we play. You could tell by the amount of turnovers we have been committing.

We need to keep the ball in Dragic's hands. Hero ball with Wade will no longer work because he lacks the explosiveness required to take advantage of those plays.

We have got to stop playing Deng at the 4. He gets eaten up on defense at the 4 and he is no better than Beasley or Haslem would be for the length of the game.

GET THE BALL INTO THE LOW POST SO THAT WHITESIDE COULD JAM IT DOWN. He is averaging under 10 FGA. He needs to put up at least 15 shots a game.

He's more motivated and less frustrated when he's involved offensively, you know....like a regular BIG

Imagine how depressing it is for Whiteside to work as hard as he does running up and down the court, and to go whole games without being given the ball in the post, no matter what position he takes up? We're lucky that he has a good motor, because usually when you don't reward your big man, they kind of stop playing as hard. I mean it's just human nature. Why would you bust your ass to get to the other end or establish position, or to set a good screen and roll hard to the basket, when you know you won't get the ball?

Plus if we used Whiteside more in the post, it would limit our turnovers, and if we did turn it over, the floor is more balanced because you are turning the ball over in front of your backcourt, instead of in the backcourt.

Additionally, Wade, Dragic, and Chalmers are playing take your turn on offense....one of those names is not like the other.

Our offense also wastes a lot of time running the 3 guard weave at the top with no penetration.
