Damn that's awful, I heard he wasn't doing well but didn't think he'd pass this soon. RIP.

For all you guys on the board, keep active and in shape throughout your lives don't take anything for granted.

Words can't express...I'll never forget watching him become an NBA player under Pat Riley. He just came out of nowhere and was suddenly a gritty, seasoned NBA power forward with a handle, range on his shot, and brutal post game, and physical presence. Such passion. He laid people out but he could finesse it, too. Just a joy to watch play, and when he came here? Awesome! He was a bit older and slower by the time we got him, and almost an afterthought in the Eddie Jones trade. I was so excited to see him in a Heat uniform..just wish we'd kept him...

As i teenager this cat was huuge to me. Chest always out, a solid body. We could use him now. RIP big fella.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

rip, all-star the year Zo went down. He and Brian Grant were asked to take on a monumental task. Finished that year with 50 wins, even if Mase made me tear my hair out when he ran down the shot clock - happy I have those treasured memories

It was sad to hear this. The best feel-good thing we got in an otherwise sour season after losing Zo. Tough as nails but with a finesse game. R.I.P Mase
