I watched till about 7 minutes left in the 4th.

IMO what killed Miami was
Beasley and Chalmers trying to play PG

Beasley had 7 assists last game and probably thought he can repeat that.
Chalmers kept holding the ball like he suddenly became the main PG in the rotation
and allowed the clock to wind down.

I back this up with stats from NBA.com
MC USG % 25.6
MB USG % 26.9
GD USG % 17.3

in the 2nd half MC had a 32.3 USG% and a 25 % FG :banghead:

Together they racked up 7 TOs and slowed down the pace. :banghead:

Chalmers also had 4/14 FG 28 % :noway:
Whiteside had only 6 rebounds the entire game :banghead:

They fought harder than us and got the scrappy plays.

Then we went through droughts where we couldn't score.

They deserved the win. Onto the next.

Good analysis. I dont know why we have the ball in the hands of two boneheads. Both of those guys need to work off the ball

Rio always has the ball in the corner and dribbles, acting like he is Lebron or Wade ready to make a move, except he is not that good and it hurts us.

We have a PG on this team and yet Rio insists still on doing this stuff and no one tells him otherwise it seems, due to him dribbling the ball off his foot every game for 7 years.

We need another ball handler in the future who isnt an idiot. Beasley looked like he was really high, even hugging up on the opposing players. I saw him lay his head on Adams and Adams was like WTF and pushed him away lmao. He also defended the wrong basket when Heat turned it over once...

Again both those guys should just spot up, but they are guaranteed to turn it over at a high rate if you want them to play make

Quick fun facts about Mario Chalmers (as of 3/23/15)

Among all NBA PGs

7th in steals
18th in minutes per game

5th worst in FG% (not qualified due to lack of made shots)
3rd worst in 3FG% (among all NBA players!)
3rd worst in FT%
7th worst in AST/TO
2nd worst in Personal Fouls Per Game

And this guy thinks and tries to play like he is top 10 PG in the league

FWIW Henry Walker would be the dead last in FG% and 3rd worst in 3FG% (over Rio) if he had enough attempts. He's tied for 4th for personal fouls so there is that for hustle points.

Rio plays 31 minutes per game, and Walker plays 26 minutes per game, and we are using them as a backup point/shooting guard (who plays starter mins) and stretch 4 respectively???????? Stretch what with what?

But there is nothing wrong with that. We just need to play with more intensity. :)

I don't understand why Rio controls the ball when Dragic and him are on the floor together. I have noticed this in the last few games that whenever Wade is out, the offense runs through Rio even when Dragic is on the floor. Dragic should handle the ball 100% when Wade is off the floor. Spo needs to fix this.

Yeah I've noticed that too. Kind of strange when Dragic is clearly the better ball handler.
