how many years has wade been in the league? why does he need to be coached to not take a long jumper?

23-5 run? We ran 1 play towards a player that had 5 fouls? We ran ISO the entire last 4 mins? But hey.. Keep making excuses for what has been an entire year of excuses...Wade threw up a DUMB Shot...but guess what? It was Wade at top of key...that was the play!!! Dumb shot but coach put the player in that position and that same coach ran that same play every single play down the stretch!! hahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahhahahahah

I can't stop laughing at our offense.

we have a team full of d-leaguers,rookies and foreign league rejects. what exactly are you expecting?

Did you watch today? Are you really trying to argue that the Pistons have more talent than the HEAT team today? And if you want to argue that we are less talented, then why don't we play more like a team? You know, run sets that get less talented players open looks? Why are we just running ISO after ISO almost every game? This could be the 8-9 game this year, where we should of won and all of a sudden, the other team started to send doubles at Wade and we had ZERO clue of what to do....

And before you give me our bench is D-Leaguers...Pistons top 3 off the bench are Joel Anthony, Prince and John Lucas LMAO...And Pope is there starting 2....No excuse to look this lost game after game on offense...It not longer a game, its a SEASON of no offense. No design and No hope of seeing improvement. We started the year saying..If only we had a Center, we could get off the glass and attack..Well we got Hassan....Oh if only we had a PG!!! Well we got an All NBA point guard...Guesss what? Were still lost on offense...

In fairness we are like 25-23 since dumping Smith. I actually like Joel Anthony, he was pretty bad this game but he's usually a really good defender and shot blocker for us.

Mo your team isn't bad. Young and they play above there talent level. They have a good coach and a good system.... Not my point but on paper, the HEAT are better right now. Not by alot but for someone to give the excuse of why we look so bad, so often is because were a "Team full of d-leaguers and foreign league rejects" is a joke of a post and shows me and anyone that can read that they know NOTHING about basketball....or they are related to Spo

PS,
Joel Anthony is a turd. He can block a shot or 2 but he has the worst hands I've seen from an NBA player and to often is out of position to get rebounds. Add in the fact he is undersized and forces you to play 4 on 5 on offense, I would say you can do better and you will do better once you find anyone not named Joel Anthony. As a fan watching, I loved seein gJoel on the floor. He made the game that much easier for us. I like your team's future, just need a few more pieces.

Why is Wade shooting a 3 at the end or a long 2 the play before. what happened to using Whiteside?

After that we deserve to be out of the playoffs.

He shot the three because no lanes were open to get anything better. I don't know if I would've used him as my primary option anyways or just made him a decoy. The entire Pistons defense was most likely focused on not even giving him a midrange jumper, so Dragic or, as you said, Whiteside could've been better options.

When White made that dunk by Drummond 2 mins left in the game we had 9 points lead and he got by him WITH EASE. :nonono:

It's tragic really. We can't get over that hump. Its like karma coming back to bite us. What did we do to deserve this? Being a 4 time NBA finalist? Hardly worthy of this in return...

oh please, stop being dramatic. it's one bad season where we discovered a potential all-nba center and acquired Goran Dragic, where we were in the playoff hunt till the very end. This fanbase doesn't know what true pain is, stop being spoiled. We were due a season like this and it's here. Get over it.

Oh, I do. I remember those Knicks' series very clearly. Watching us go down to the wire three seasons in a row to a team that should have been inferior to us left a lasting impression.

Upon second reading of my original post, it was pretty heavy.

It is one unfortunate loss. Would have won if TJ or Billy made one of their shots. Tough to be back in 9th place.

People need to calm down, and make their peace with we are crap.If you won't make your peace with that, then you will end up in hospital for depression.

Even if we make playoffs, we are getting swept or lose 4 - 1 in round 1. Just enjoy the matches, and our run last 4 years. We will rise again, just not this year and make your peace with that for your own good.

I can take us losing reasonably well. Getting stuffed by Cavs and Spurs okay, but losing 15 point leads in the las 5 minutes is depressing. That it has happened twice recently against poor opposition just makes it worse.

thats what wade has been doing all year in these games. svg is smart, he knows wade isn't going to pass it, also probably knows wade is shooting <30% in those scenarios.

You realize that Joel Anthony used to be our starting Center, right? We're all very familiar with him and his game. I like him better than most here, but even I consider him a pretty marginal NBA player.

Was at the Miami Open with family and then my girl friend came over after. I forgot about the game.

But after looking back at everything, holy ****. These meltdowns are unacceptable. This season is just so blegh. Tank or make play offs (for pride's sake), it doesn't really matter anymore. Just go into the summer, get an MLE player, re-sign Dragic, and hit the reset button. On to the next season with a healthy Bosh, an off-season trained Whiteside, and McBob.

I know, Trust me I'm not saying he's anything special. I guess he's just surprised me lately because I've always thought he was a complete scrub but I was just saying his defense has made some nice impact for us is all. He's nothing worth arguing about or anything.
