It makes more sense if wade opts in for this year, gives us more flexibility next summer. But if we have to do a three year deal to keep wade it's worth it, dude has earned it, especially with the cap going up and everyone getting huge paychecks

This deal will get done. Wade will get his three year deal with player option to help give Riley flexibility in the next few years. We have his bird right we have all the power to give him an above market deal when push comes to shove. This media leak is just posturing.
