that's the thing....he doesn't have the aptitude, sense, logic, ability and conscience to actually recognize that something is broken in his brain that won't permit him from reaching even a low...miniscule level of intelligence where even something as simple as a lesson learned from a constant negative is failed to be acknowledged over and over and over and over again. Thus he stays making the same basic mistakes that even a 6yo can determine and fix on his own, even after a 2nd time of failure.

Beasley last seasons was interviewed and the interviewer mentioned 'Maturity', in wich, he kind of scowled at and then stated ' i hate that word maannnnn'. Well, Michael, that word, 'Maturity', is the exact thing one needs in order to grow from boy to a man. Wisdom is the aim, knowledge is the key.....you don't have to keep searching within weed and offense.....it too can be found in defense and vegetables.

You need to see a psychologist or a psychiatrist maaaan, you're hang up with SupercoolBeasus is entering a psychotic stage.

Ethan has been right and wrong at the same time with Beas. He said how Beas wasnt coming back because they feared r would corrupt Whiteside. Maybe they got really desperate and said **** it and let Mike back in.

Now he says as the season was ending there were maturity issues again. Honestly after his 10 day contracts ended (besides some good spots here and there, Philly game), he didnt look into it as much. He looked high if anything lmao

Maybe after we stop contending and all our vets shrivel up and retire....out of desperation once more we can bring Super Cool Beas back. By then he'll be 30-31 w/ even worse defense & a little bit more clueless. But it's ok, for the minimum you can have your little Beasley-poo's back to lose ball games.

For lack of better words you might want to start bashing every player who drinks or smokes because using marijuana isn't some bad thing, in fact it is much safer with less side effects. Making fun of him for using it as a rookie (and probably beyond) isn't some bad thing to make fun of the guy about considering the drug itself was banned as a way to stop African men from doing crime during the segregation times.

But hey nice argument

Don't worry he's Australian. Historically they are the descendants of British criminals :-)

Michael Beasley, for his caliber, has the weirdest division of pro vs. anti people in NBA History, I've never seen something like this before lol

Don't agree. Yes, there are a few pro Beasley folks .. but I don't think anyone is actually Anti Beasley .. I know I'm not. Yes, he's a disappointment especially for where we picked him and the others in that draft who've actually made something of their NBA careers .. but I don't hate him. I don't think even Rock Hardy (who I think is a little too worked up personally ;)) hates him. What he's railing about is the Beasley stans.

I was on the same boat the last time we signed him up .. didn't want to deal with the incessant "oh no, we are not utilizing Beasley correctly" rhetoric .. but now, I'm over that. He is what he is, but unfortunately some folks can't seem to accept that and let go of the dream .. of what could have been :(

Lin's different because he stands for basically an entire race of people (the largest race on the planet). And at the very least, even if you only classify him as Chinese, that's still a billion.

Beasley is just... another player.

Ehh there's only a few of us that really want him back as a 15th man and a few of us acting like he slept with their SO. Only one of these 2 behaviors is weird to me. No beas supporter is saying he should get a max contract, or should be the face of the franchise, but some posters are acting like that's what was suggested.

My 2 cents, I don't think either side is as extreme as the other portrays them as.

That being said, I don't understand why we need an official thread for a player that is no longer on our team. This just comes off as awkward. Teams cut players all the time, it is what it is, I hope we don't have an official Tyler Johnson thread where we start posting all his social media whenever he gets cut.

Yeah....we're going to go ahead and lock this one up. Until there's reported Heat re-interest in Beasley, we'll keep all Beasley discussion in around the NBA.

Return to Miami Heat
