The sample size in Charlotte is enough to convince me that that he deserves a shot.

you're easily impressed.

What indication have u gotten that he's going to suck? He was out pretty much the whole year last season. The few games that he did play, he played limited minutes. His last full run was against us in the postseason where he played well.

Who else is out there who would be an upgrade? McBob can rebound and pass. A player we need off the bench.

i nvr said he is going to suck.....that's the thing......and i reiterate......too small a sample size to be able to determine what he is capable of. He has bounced around the league and has been injury prone. He hasn't proved much of anything. Not sure why people are so attached to players that haven't even played a significant amount of games w/ us. He hasn't even stuck /w a team long enough for people to justify such opinions.

Mcrob, just like TJ, Chalmers, Walker and Ennis etc. are all dispensable. We are building a contender, if indeed we are going all in this season we could easily see any of them, if not all go by the end of nxt season.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

I remember when the Dolphins were perennial contenders

His small sample size is better than some of the guys on the bench, plus, several guys on the roster have bounced around. That should not be the deciding factor for getting cut or shipped. He's a good role player. He's shown that when healthy. We talkin next year, then i'm on board with getting rid of him.

Nepotism is a bad practice I do not approve.

Rio>>>>>> Zoran, Napier, Ennis, Walker, TJ, J. Rich.

Though TJ could surpass him.

i hate that we even hate to talk about nepotism. zoran is a player for himself. i hated the notion that the suns brought him in for the goran to re-sign. bring him in cause he is good or dont bring him in at all. and now its happening again in heat. "oh, he is the lesser brother, here just because he follows his brother everywhere", mentioning lesser curry, griffin etc in converations. i dont think those guys would have good careers in europe, zoran already had one.

I have been a proponent of stashing J Rich oversees for a year, mainly for tax and 2016 salary cap purposes. But Albert Random says a quirk allows second round picks to account less in tax and, if a minimum salary, it won't affect 2016 much.

http://heathoops.com/2015/07/miami-heat-of-the-future-beginning-to-take-shape/#more-25613

Because of the technicalities of salary cap rules, any new free agent the Heat would bring in would likely be on a one-year minimum salary contract (unless the player is a rookie or sophomore, who might receive a non-guaranteed second season), would have an identical tax charge (the only exception would be Josh Richardson, who would have a lower tax hit), and would not significantly impact the Heat’s payroll if he replaces one of the Heat’s three players with non-guaranteed contracts (

Given this, I would keep him over Ennis and even Napier. He can spend the majority of the season in Sioux Falls learning the system and cone help post trade deadline when we likely thin the roster.
I'm like Global Warming, you can't ignore me.

I'm rooting for Richardson & Whittington to make it.

Who's that overweight center we got on the summer team? He looks pretty good. Kinda me of Ike Austin.

Joshua Smith? Yeah, dude has a nice feel for the game, soft touch and all ... But he is just too big, can't defend the PNR to save his life with his lateral (non)quickness. Could be a great player one day if he loses some major weight.
