Atleat him & Riles show that they are still breathing by reacting to that play

Also check out the dude in the reverse orange hat walking behind the bench left to right while all of this is going on. Must have had some good burritos and was making a beeline to the restroom!

If Napier can become a consistent 38%+ 3pt shooter he will have a spot on this team over TJ.

Do it Shabazz.

If you check his stats in college, you see a guy who shot at 37.5% from beyond the 3 point line over the 4 years, and over 40% the last year. Each year he improved:

Man, when Shabazz is playing sharp, he is one of the most fun guys to watch on this team. Those passes are a thing of beauty.

I'm on Shazzan bandwagon bros. :)

When he's being aggressive, he reminds me of Damon Stoudamire. Probably a step-down or two, but good enough for a backup PG who can get buckets himself and for his teammates. Goodluck.

Shabazz is better than TJ, by far but i won't keep beating that dead horse. Real basektball guys knows this. The same "posters" who were on this forum complaining about Napier's size and Defense, were the same ones calling for us to sign Barea, which whom is smaller than Napier. Fickle is all i'm going to say. Napier will be fine, he is the best back up guard on this team. And he's perfect for run and gun offense. TJ is a 2, not a 1. So please people, stop comparing the 2.

Shabazz had a decent game yesterday especially the first half but he should be slicing these guys up. He had a lot on time on court in the NBA last year and he's against a lot of guys who really won't make the NBA at all. Yesterday was the least we should expect from him and it really wasn't all that. He seems to think he's the go to guy and takes so many iso plays and fails. His 1 good skill is passing that's what he should be doing.

I am one who complains about his size and defense and I certainly wasn't calling for Barea. The problem with small PGs is that they can't defend a switch even if they can defend their PG counterpart (and Shabazz can't).

Still credit where it's due as always yesterday Bazz was one of the better Heat players. Justise had no time on court, Whittington made some good plays especially in the first. Smith barrelled for some points, Richardson showed his natural hustle. Ennis seems to be the big loser in SL, I think he's getting worse. I was hoping he'd stay on but can't see it now. Bazz has crept above him in the keeper list but still below Richardson and TJ who bring so much more.

Anybody else weirded out about Lakers sucking in SL? They basically have their regular NBA lineup in there and can't keep up with non-NBA caliber youngsters.

Are they interested in a trade for Rio/Brd/Napier/Ennis. They could absorb all their salary and send us a kid and a first.

Jameer Nelson - 6.0

Shabazz Napier - 6.1

Jose Barea - 6.0

Stephen Curry - 6.3

Chris Paul - 6.0

Size affects only one of these guys, one kicked our azz in the finals. The one that size affects had a great college career

I don't think they are sending us a pick. Vegas SL barely started and they're already in midseason tanking form.

I think the big problem with Shabazz is that he sucks coming off the bench. He needs to lead the team and he is destined to play behind Goran, so there might be a problem with him finding success.

So, no love for Quincy Miller? I really think we should give him a chance. He can be a good backup forward. He's 6'10" with a 7'2" wingspan.

I wanted Quincy Miller at the trade deadline as backup forward, but we got Winslow now so whatever.
