Dat shooting form...it's perfect.

Booker belongs to Phoenix, but Seth Curry is unsigned. I know we have a crowded backcourt, but shouldn't we be trying to sign him? We can sort everything out later.

Yup he's good at syncing with players who get the team game and know how to play smart

whoa... someone with the heat must have been reading my posts in this thread:

the Heat have agreed to plans for Ennis to train at the P3 Peak Performance Project training facility in Santa Barbara, Calif., where NBA players such as Al Jefferson, Gordon Hayward and Brook Lopez, among others, also have trained.

It was only a matter of time that someone scooped up Curry. Riley isn't asleep at the wheel here. If he didn't reach out to Curry, there's a reason. No need to dwell on it. Ennis can still get cut. We've seen enough from Miami in the last decade to know that guys can get unceremoniously cut if it means a roster change is needed. We'll know Ennis made the team or not on 11/1/2015.

It's going to be a good case study to see how he does.

He killed the Dleague and Summerleague for 2 years straight, was an unstoppable scoring machine. A lot of fans wanted their team to give him a chance but it took forever before the Kings finally gave him a contract. If he does well people will start noticing Dleague talents even closer.

Very interested to see how he does, wish he was playing for a better run org then the Kings..

Seth is in the unique situation where a terribly-run organization won't ruin his NBA chances the same way it would someone else. Because of his relatives currently in the League, he'll have a shot unless his own actions make his services toxic to interested teams. He'll land on his feet whether he sticks with Sacramento or not (within reason).

I just don't see him being successful in the league. He's a 6'1" slow footed physically weak unatheltic shooting guard. Teams will try to make him a PG but he isn't one that much is painfully obvious imo and as if his height wasn't bad enough he's also short armed.

He can really stroke the 3 though I just don't know what role he could fill in the league. Who can Seth Curry guard?

At 6'1 and only 180 pounds without length; Curry does not have the size or athleticism necessary for the NBA SG position ... What will really hurt Curry at the next level is his lack of point guard skills/instincts ... At his size, it's essential that Curry be able to handle the PG position, at least in spot duty. Which to this point he has been unable to show ... His lack of strength and athleticism will make him a liability on defense guarding 1s and particularly 2s ... He does not have great foot speed or quickness. Before Quinn Cook’s emergence at Duke this year, Curry was forced to play point during the 2011-2012 season. It was a good learning experience, but it also exposed Curry's deficiencies ... Despite dominating the ball, Curry only averaged 2.4 assists per game with a 1.1-1 assist to turnover ratio ... Curry will also not be able to get to the line as much as he did in his college career without adding a lot of strength. His lack of size, strength and athleticism limits his ability to finish at the rim ...

Pretty funny that his record 3 years ago in NCAA basketball should outweigh all his work in the D-League. Players can improve if they work hard and the evidence is clear that Curry has worked hard to improve. D-League play should be seen as a better indicator in my opinion, if only because you are playing against professional players that are more experienced. It is true that a lot are failed basketball players but in general it is at a decent level (when compared to playing against ncaa teams from small colleges - in everyone's schedule).
