Comparing Dragon and Teague's productions is never fair. Teague plays with a spot up shooter while Dragon plays with Wade. Dragon has always been capable of producing 20-7-ish with proper usage.

Anyway, Teague's contract is very good but it's not worth being bundled with soon to be super overpriced Horford.

I really like Dragic, but he gets excuses made for him like no one else on this team. Wade has to play next to Dragic the same way Dragic has to play next to him. I'm sure Wade would love to play next to a shooter or at least a guy who can create for him once in awhile. But that doesn't lower anyone expectations on Wade's production. Dragic needs to step up and play like he's being paid. That's on him and no one else. No excuse for him to not play even better with Wade on the floor and hopefully Bosh on the floor.

Not enough ball to go around for that. If you want Dragic to play like he's paid, you'd have to take the ball out of Wade's hands. And that's not going to end well. Wade is one of the best players I've ever seen off the ball. Probably the best ever without a 3pt shot. But that kind of thing only works when he's surrounded by snipers or else he's just running into traffic.

you think this game plays out the same if Wade or Bosh is in? nahhh. We have always been a capable team. All the player bahshing but its the scheme and direction we take that mess up team chemistry. Spo has his chances to keep everyone engaged but still allows the heroball almost like he is scared to challenge his superstars. We are better playing as a team and games like this show it. We should be trending up. If we get out of our own way we are still a dangerous team in the East.
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

Time to tell Wade that he needs to lead the team and not own it...fast pace or die

I think this was the key, guise. gerald had to copy Douglas-Roberts hairstyle to make McWuabets feel like he was back in Charlotte. We got Charlotte McRoberts last night.

Oh god I love it... if we lose, "See Spo is crap, needs stars to win, doesn't know how to coach this team." If we win, "See Spo is crap, lets his stars run the show, doesn't know how to coach this team."

Some of you have no concept of player accountability. Like, none, whatsoever. Or the ability to acknowledge small sample sizes for that matter, but we already knew that.

Glad to see Goran playing well. He always plays better after the AS break.

It is hard to take some posters seriously when reading the emotional overreactions that are nothing but short-sighted.

It is especially mind-boggling considering how poor the Hawks played last night. Early in the game I already stated we had a good shot to steal this one because Atlanta seemed incredibly rusty. And as it happens, a lot of players played above their normal abilities. McRoberts has always been a decent player and much better than some here make him to be, but his statline last night is far above anything he has ever averaged. The same goes for Deng. Granted some of it is due to our increased pace, but these guys simply stepped up and took responsibility.

To think this performance by these group of guys could easily be repeated is nothing but naive though.

How are people drawing these conclusions from a single game against a team we blew out with Wade & Bosh playing?

Not to mention how well Deng and McRoberts had to play for us to win. Bball fans are such prisoners of the moment; before this game people were saying "tank" and after it's "we need to get after Bosh and Wade" for supposed hero-ball.
