called this about 6 months ago. You hang around Heat fam, you become a team player. The kid is appreciative and wants to win too. All great signs going forward.

It really depends on Bosh. If he comes back as his old self, adding him to the team that was a game away from the ECF is a big deal. The style change at the break last year made a big difference and I think Bosh can fit into that very well. We'll probably lose Deng, but Winslow should be ready to fill that spot and we should get improvement from him, Richardson, Whiteside and TJ.

Help me remember, but I thought the Heat weren't as effective with both Bosh and Whiteside on the court at the same time? I know Whiteside was even rocking a negative +/- well into the season. Obviously they can and probably will stagger their minutes quite a bit which will help.

Bosh/Whiteside feels like it should really work well offensively, so I'm guessing Bosh must of struggled defending PF's? Either way here's hoping they can work out Bosh's health so he can play with no(minimal) risks to his health. Truly one of the really good guys in the Association.

For whatever reason, we were playing a much slower pace in the first half of the season and just weren't gelling. When Bosh went down we had to go small and picked up the pace and started playing better. But I see no reason why Bosh can't play and play well at that faster pace. He's got good mobility for a big, is a better perimeter shooter than Deng and isn't a guy who pounds the ball or slows down the offense. I think he's the ultimate "fit in" star. In fact, there may not be another 5+ time All-Star in NBA history with stronger credentials for fitting in and adjusting his game to make the whole work better.

It's because the lack of shooters. Not necessarily Bosh and Whiteside don't compliment each other. Heat need to make sure they add a shooter. They need to have at least 2 shooters on the court. If they get Durant that will make 2nd shooter. Then add that Dragic likely will be dealt and Richardson moved in as a starter makes a third shooter.
