If we go full rebuild I'd like to see Dragic and Bosh shipped out, preferably netting us some decent pieces in the process.

My ideal (semi-)realistic deals would be:
Bosh to Boston for Brown/Amir/Jonas

Dragic to Sixers for Noel/Landry

Gives us:
Weber
J-Rich/Brown
Winslow/Brown
Noel
Whiteside
To build around, with a high (top-5) pick in the draft, then go hunting for Westbrook & Blake in FA. Resign Noel as a RFA, and boom we are rebuilt. Easy. Get Riley on the phone!

I like it!

Bosh will likely be much tougher to move though. He'd need at least a fully healthy season and even then we may need to use a possible amnesty.

I thin you're overrating the value of Bosh, but I like the general idea.

Get young now, don't waste time chasing the 7-8# seed dream.

Bosh really needs to have a good full healthy year if we're to get ANY value for him, I don't think we'll ever get the kind of package you wrote.

I know the Bosh one is a bit too much, but I was trying to think of a team who values him/stars, and has some disposable assets. There will be teams out there who will be willing to take the gamble for nothing (pure space/expiring crap).

Maybe we try to get Covington in the Dragic package as well then? And/or maybe a pick - they still have theirs in both 2017/2018/2019, the Lakers (top-4 protected in 2017, unprotected in 2018) & Kings 2019.

Brooklyn has the cap space to be able to absorb his contract - maybe we can get something as well (pity they seem to be being run better :/ )

You know what, I will be happy keeping the hand we have, give our young guns a run, try steal a few RFA's from other teams and get some vet to mentor JRich and Winslow. For RFAs, Í like Jared Sullinger and Tim Frazier. For vets, I like David Lee, Ronnie Price and Alonzo Gee. This way, we preserve cap flexibility and good things will happen come December.

J-Rich cannot run an offense, I saw that comment earlier in the thread. He's a mediocre passer, even has trouble making the kickout passes when he drives. That's something he'll have to work on to go from a spark off the bench to full time player.

Winslow is already in a good spot in terms of potential and his floor is probably Tony Allen which would be nice but disappointing. His ceiling is Kawhi, and doubtful he hits that, but somewhere in between would be nice.

Whiteside is near his max potential, he's 27 so not going to get a whole lot better. But what he is, is a top 5 center that can potentially be more dominant than any of the others when he is locked in.

Haven't seen many mention TJ, I guess since he may be leaving, but his potential is promising as well. Think he can be better than J-Rich based on his ability to run an offense, he's not a great passer either but he's more willing and sees the floor a bit better. Both are similar athletes, J-Rich has slightly more explosiveness, TJ is a bit more coordinated.

I really want to see how those young guns play when given more time. I think they will do very well with Dragic pushing the ball fast and those guys can run for at least first 10/15 games or so. If it doesn't work we can still tank if needed. I wish we would get one sharpshooter who can replace Bosh for couple of minutes.

If we can land high enough in the draft, I wouldn't be opposed to adding Jayson Tatum to the mix.
