We have a very solid team, there is zero chance Riley is even considering tanking. The one thing he could be considering is building a solid young core and trading them up as he did for Shaq.

I guess Miami could make it as an 8th seed. I got BOS, CLE, TOR, ATL, INDY, DET, NY?/CHI?/MIA?

You think I GAF what you got?

Our starting 5 can kick ass on any of your top 8

I think with bosh we have a great chance of finishing ahead of ny,chi, and ind. I think all those teams are gonna have losing records. I didn't like what any of those teams did this offseason.

Yeah, I think MIA can low key be like 2013 Suns. Dragic/Winslow/Bosh/Whiteside could be a nice core. Yeah, NY taking a big gamble with Rose and Noah but supposedly bringing Rose in got FA eyes on NY again.

yeah but for next year that knicks roster is super thin. i like lance thomas off the bench and kyle o quinn is a smart player, but if anyone in that starting lineup goes down, that team is going to suffer big time. Also, noah is super useless on offense in half court most of the time man teams are going to ignore that dude and rotate towards melo hard when he thinks of driving near them.

and yeah og players might take the knicks more seriously cause they signed dudes like noah and rose who have voice and respect in the leauge, but noah is eating up a large amount of space for 4 years and if d rose even has a respectable year some dork team is gonna throw him 20+ mill and do the knicks really wanna run up a sick tax bill for a has-been pg who cant score efficiently or defend all that well anymore?

i agree with that heat sentiment. dragic lead that team to 48 wins in a super duper stacked west and they even managed to have a winning record for that huge stretch where bledsoe was sidelined. This heat team is more talented than that team and we have a better coach. as unflattering as our roster may seem to many, it is really balanced and theres guys like derrick williams and waiters who have the potential to outperform expectations in a big way. I like our chances next year. What we lack in certainty as a team seems much better than the mess the bulls, knicks and pacers may turn into. each of those teams made some head scratching decisions that could seriously piss their most important players off.

ive said too much about the bulls and knicks on this board, but what the pacers did seemed super silly as well. ay lets get rid of our good head coach cause larry bird thinks coaches get stale after 3 years. lets trade our really underrated pg for an inferior pg who will cost more cause we wanna run despite the fact that hill is also the perfect fit at pg in the same lineup as a ball dominate paul george. i think theyre gonna suck and paul george is a dark horse for disgruntled star of 2017

Indy for sure will be good. They should be a top 4 team.
NY will probably be decent, maybe like 5 or 6 seed.
Chicago will either be bad or surprisingly good despite their fit. I'm leaning towards bad because they don't have any offense really besides Wade and Butler.
