That gets you max contract Rashard Lewis. If people don't see the luster is very gone after the last 2 years they want to be blind.

There aren't many Lebrons and Durants, and the few that there are aren't free agents often. Usually the best that any team can do is max out 2nd and 3rd tier talent.

More hurtful in free agency would be becoming a losing team.

Sure they can. A "family culture" doesn't comprise of adhering to any and every demand of a diva star player.

It's about the structure and professionalism. Two things the organization certainly will always represent under the Arison ownership.

When players hear the word "family", I don't think that they associate that with structure and professionalism.

And frankly there's nothing professional about the way we've handled stuff lately.

There are only 30 teams and there is a limited amount of money to go around. No one will care. As an example it was Dwayne Wade himself who brought up some BS about the Bulls not treating Pippen right back in 2010. How did that turn out? Lol. $$$ cures all.

Also Bosh didn't find out he failed the physical through the media. Don't be ridiculous.

Very true about Wade and his dislike for Chicago. In the end, money won out.

It sounds ridiculous, but that's what Bosh is saying. True or not, that will be the perception because players tend to side with players.

I agree with you though. I think even if a player thinks about any of that stuff, if the money is available, he will sign.

that's not what bosh is saying at all. He's saying he found out his "heat career is over" through the media or text or whatever. not failing the physical.

he failed the physical like a week before. then he had it confirmed by the nba doctors and likely his own doctor as well. all of that happened before he started putting out those videos and carrying on like he was on his way back.

media day was monday, all these guys went through their physicals well before that.

Guess the email to Bosh is still in the draft folder next to Wade's.

Somebody needs to give Riles a crash course

If Bosh is intent to risk his life playing ball, then let him find some team over seas that will allow him to kill himself in front of thousands of people. Pat Riley will not let Bosh kill himself & make not only this franchise look horrible, but also disgrace the NBA just because Bosh has a death wish. Those of you who are talking bad about Pat that want to see Bosh back on the court just so he can die, you should all be ashamed of your selves. :nonono:
