Man, nothing can happen this year to get Spo fired. We've got a mix of youth needing to be developed and dudes on one year contracts looking for a payday. There's not gonna be enough minutes to go around whatever he does.

You have to let guys like Winslow get their shots off. That's the only way they will improve. I can live with a airball or two from Winslow, as long as he is shooting within the confines of the offense. He made dumb plays on offense but he also made some very sweet plays that I didn't think he would be doing at age 20.

Patience. He is worth it.
