If we wait til' we need to trade (We likely will) then we'll lose a lot of value we have currently. Per ex. draft day (Just an example, if that's what we're looking for), lot of teams would be more settled in getting an immediate reward for their terrible season instead of forking it over as soon as it materializes

I almos never overreact. Last year when he looked terrible, inconsistent and selfish I defended him for reasons I can no longer- We're a lot further away from contention, and he isn't a second year minimum player anymore

In the last week Tyler Johnson (32), Justise Winslow (23), and Josh Richardson (22) have scored their career highs in a game. So that's some good news among all the losses.

The hard part is getting them to do that consistently..

Give them 2-3 more years of seasoning and I bet they will be much more consistent. Consistency comes with practice and age.
