Don't think it's about confidence, something that could be worked out in the G-league, he's not a player that can score outside of the flow of an offense (Another excuse to add to the blah) and he's not quite yet groomed to be McGruder. If the training staff wants to keep him under wraps until he is or ready to be traded then so be it...

The league is so wing-dominant there is no way we don't have use for a guy like Winslow. He def. has tools to positively impact the game without scoring (a lot) but yeah I'd like to see him a little more aggressive on offense. It's preseason and a lot of players are auditioning for mins/roles/roster spots I'd wait till at least a few weeks into the season for d-league nomination and all that jazz.
