That's some time before we actually drafted Bam unless he knew then, which is possible. But then we don't know why he's shaking his head, he might just be mad that we passed/didn't have a chance at TT

we are not a slow the pace seperior 1/2 court offense team.

Pat Riley is great at managing players egos and selling them on the team but his coaching ideas have been outdated since Tim Hardaway days. We are running good movement and getting wide open looks that we cant get to drop. We have a missing shots problem not a pace problem. Way too early to panic. As we gel and our shooters find their range we will be ok. If anything we need to pick up the pace we have some young athletic legs and should use them.
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

Pickup the pace??? GSW played at 103 shots per last yr we at 102 shots per. You want the Heat to play faster?

Well think everyone is looking at Small Ball/Pace and Space the wrong way. The reason for that was the personnel we had at that time. I think Spo did great because he had to fit a system around the player's strengths, collectively. N

Now because of the past success, we are trying to fit current players into "SmallBall". Look at what Pop stated about LA. Pop admitted that he should have watch LA and then tweak. Heat is not in that category since we have unproven talent and we trying to see what works. I hope Spo still sees the process of the system around the talent.

We are probably a better halfcourt team than a fullcourt team.
