Lol. Yep, him riding the bench for weeks was the defining factor in how he played today. You grow in game situations. He’s shown talent since summer league but has been inexplicably benched due to a stubborn coach. You’re trying way to hard to defend a coach that has vastly underachieved when he hasn’t had a prime mid 20’s lebron on his team that’s shown he can carry any coach
Me defending Spoelstra? That's a good one.
Bam has been pretty raw and understandably so. He didn't look like this in the few spurts he's played.
After this game Spo relegated him back to spurts. I was puzzled. How to you expect anyone to get into any type of rhythm getting lucky to get 4-5 min a game if that? This is the first game since the 13/13 game that Spo has given Bam any sort of real minutes. This is the result. Now the question is does Spo reward him or plants him back on the bench until next month.

SO. GROSS.

Well um....
Pace
22nd Miami = 98.7
28th Memphis = 97.4
Off Efficiency
24th = Memphis
25th = Miami
You're kidding right? It's worse than Miami.
Higher pace doesn't equate good offense/team...Suns, Lakers, and Nets are leading the league in pace.
Miami takes a lot of "smart shots"...they take a bunch of 3's and shots at the rim. Their offensive problems are that they turn the ball over too much, don't offensive rebound, and don't get to the line.

You'll be saying the same thing about Bam is 3 years time when him getting 13/13 is considered below average.... You guys just expect too much out of Hassan. Spo doesn't play to his advantages, runs an awful offense, and Hassan is the only player on the team that gets punished for poor performances. Josh Richardson and Justise Winslow don't see a decrease in playing time when they're playing awful, which is pretty much every game, they actually get rewarded with starting spots.

It's been like that since 2015. He's been the common denominator of scapegoats when when things go bad with this team. Even though he's only one of 3 players with a positive RPM on the Heat, while his general impact numbers are among the best on the team.

Looks like hes worried about any collision on his knee. I can clip flaws on every player on this squad, we may as well blow up it all up right?Mos_Heat wrote:rate_ wrote:Pure_Basketball wrote:You'll be saying the same thing about Bam is 3 years time when him getting 13/13 is considered below average.... Tristan Thompson they said.
TT is celling they said.
Thompson was inserted into the starting lineup on March 18 against Atlanta as Varejao continued to recover from a fractured wrist. He recorded seven points and six rebounds. The turning point of his season came in the following game against New Jersey, when he posted a 27-point, 12-rebound performance in a 105-100 road win.

There's also that potential that the Cavs are just a better team.
