I don't think any good player can be attached to Jrich for the Heat to accept. Riley stance seems like, if you wan't Jrich you gotta take a bad deal from us, if not, you can take Hassan or Dragic.

While I would part way with Olynyk or Winslow for butler, I wouldn't do it with Jrich attached as the main piece.

You still didn't answer the question. Are you a politician? Once again the only deal that ever made much sense if we are trying to be somewhat realistic was Hassan and J Rich for Bulter and Dieng no pick involved. Neither side would be very happy so that is how you know it's fair.

That's like me asking you, hypothetically, if you could get a deal done with either Towns or Wiggins along with Butler to the Heat, which one would you part ways with? It makes no sense because it's not realistic.

I answered your question, I said I don't have an issue trading either, they each give different things to the team but are by no means essential to our team.

I was the first one in line talking about including Richardson in a Butler deal, but now... no. 1) The Wolves continue to drag this out and now NO ONE is going to offer anything of value after the past 48 hrs, and 2) Richardson is showing progression with his game, adding things that *could* elevate him to fringe all-star status.

Wolves wanted Richardson so bad? Shouldn’t have rejected the offer before this became such a mess. Now, we’ll give you Dragic, Winslow, and a FRP or two. Take it or leave it, it’s better than Eric Gordon and the 29th pick in a **** draft.

A frp or two dragic and Winslow? Get bent! They can have TJ and a second but they have to hurry. Clock is ticking

That's easy. Towns is a potential HoF player. Wiggins flat out sucks. I would happily pitch him in for say Hassan/Richardson for Butler/Wiggins.

Check his numbers. He is not only a potential HoF player, but a likely HoF player.

Never been in denial. I've always said that Wiggins sucks.

I double-checked this because I couldn't believe it:

The Timberwolves entered the league in 1989, one year after the HEAT.

In those 29 seasons:

  • 1 division title
  • 9 playoff appearances
  • 8 first-round exits
  • 8-26 (0.235) in those 8 series
  • 2 playoff series victories
  • 10 head coaches; 12 coaching changes (soon to be 13)
[Prove it!] [And here!]

Dear God! They are worse than I thought. :o

In nearly 30 years, they've had more head coaches than playoff appearances.

Riley, go easy on them . . .

Multiple sources hearing Thibs is asking for JRich, Winslow and Dragic and the 4 first round picks

Return to Miami Heat
