With our cap space situation where are in no position to make major moves till 2020/2021. So why not use this 2 years to rebuild and develop our players.

no Mcgruder resign?

Honestly, I might let him walk. You gotta be hesistant when paying players who dramatically improve in a contract year, Riley being trigger happy in handing contracts to role players is a BIG reason why we are stuck in this mess. If the plan is 2020/2021 don't eat up cap space for anyone short of a star. We developed McGruder from the G league, no reason we can'd develop Duncan Robinson to fill his role or someone else from the G League. Save the money for the whale worry about the fishses later

I agree with you. Our rotations are already becoming inconsistent and we still have to integrate James Johnson. Its a bunch of 78-82 rtg players going in and out with no rhyme or reason. A HUGE BOTTLENECK. McGruder and Richardson are redundant.

SPOck is going to ruin consistency again with his lineups. He even forewarned it by telling Ira as such.

We're so average it's almost like theres no accountability to win because we know GS is stacked.

I'm sorry but Spock has learned nothing and this will be the same thing again this year as last year. I expect a boring, mediocre year and first round exit at best. Am I overreacting yet?

mcgruder resign? (you crazy? too many guards and he is only ok...he would have to become a star or grow 4 inches)

why rebuild? unless we get a star or two via trade or a very lucky draft... lets face that we are a solid .500 east conf. team that maybe could win a series or two in the playoffs... "enough for now"

Srsly ? They knew Dion needed surgery and they still gave him 4 years. Who does that ? And JJ contract, we are paying him till he's 34. If these contracts were ok we'd be able to move them. We tried with no success. Noone is taking is on these contracts unless we add a sweetner.

we have to move the vets and let the young guys take control: JRich, Winslow, Bam, DJJ, etc. Everyone else at this point is part of a mediocre squad that has little upside. Spork believes in them, I don't. I've seen this movie several times already. I'd trade all the vets and can the coach. It's done. OK, I've had a couple beers. Maybe i'm being a dick...but no. Soon it will be time to clear house. Sporks rhetoric is meaningless corporate-speak. Riley is on the way out, Elisburg is more of a math guy. This team is stuck at .500 as it is and nothing is changing. I'm keeping expectations low cause I've had it.

If Waiters comes back and takes the Heat to the championship in MVP form I will eat crow but at this point Lance Stephenson is probably as good as Waiters.

Being a Heat fan right now doesn't completely suck but it's celebrating small gains in mediocrity and my life has too muchof that already. NOT RENEWING TIX, THANK YOU SPORK.

How about sitting the guy who had 11/20/5 for 8 minutes to start the last quarter until the game was out of reach? He's an A grade dip ****.

dont know what to say...unless riley pulls a trade out his a**, again, we will be what we are... we want a different mentality, a star, perhaps a new coach, maybe a new GM... who knows...this is the same... not going up or down :o
