I've seen Cam rock the sweetest finger rolls this side of the Mississippi. Will need more evidence to support this can't finish tag.

Agreed, this year can be a great opportunity to land a quality centerpiece to rebuild the franchise.

I don't think so but very impressive display for a big man

Romeo's got that tweener build but I think he can pass as a 2, smooth little finesse with the handle

Let J-Rich start at SG and draft BPA of any other position, no one else has any claim to be locked into our future plans.

This is the most sound advise heading into this draft. I would still avoid drafting a Center if at all possible. Would be nice to come out of this draft with a stud PF who can stretch the floor, SF (6'7 and above who can shoot) or, PG.

When I look at this roster it screams BPA. Weve got one player whose age and impact make sense to hold on to. We need players everywhere badly.

Should have given me the keys. Wed be riding with a lineup of Fox, Reddish, Nassir, JJJ, and Bamba next year.

Way too early for me to have a good list yet. I feel strongly about the top four this year so far. I love Nassir and Cam. However, based on impact so far, I'd have them ranked:

Zion
Cam
RJ
Nassir

I'd put Nassir higher, but he's not getting the opportunity like the Dukies. RJ is a very good player, but I swear he only gets his points on volume. There's not a shot he doesn't like. He's not going to get away with his aggressive approach in the L where guys tower over him.

I do follow this guy's rankings, though I'm not in love with some of his choices consistently:

https://www.thestepien.com/2019-draft-rankings/

He has some familiar names not in his 2nd tier, such as Romeo, but includes Jontay who isn't playing this season after blowing his knee up.

For me, I don't know anything about Sekou or De'Andre from his list yet. I think Rui likely plays himself into that 2nd tier. He's the man for the Zags this year. Naz will likely be there. Too much offense despite his limitations.

Guys I think could play themselves into the lottery are Morant and Garland though they don't pop yet. Ja is entertaining to watch play. I'd like to see more from him, maybe listen to some interviews to see how he's composed. He is an intriguing package though.

He has great touch with either hand. But this no doubt is the biggest question mark with his game (not including motor).

There is a couple things that make this a legit question mark. His slight frame and his lack of explosion. If he's in traffic and trying to finish, there is a good chance he isn't even going to get the ball up. Most of the time it just gets knocked away.

He needs 1 of 2 things to happen. He needs to experience a late athletic growth spurt or become much more craftier around the basket. He's super smooth and crafty out on the perimeter and because of that his lack of a great first step doesn't really hinder him. But he doesn't have that in the paint yet.

This was definitely a worry coming in and so far he has looked really bad. Not saying he can't get better, Tatum was also another poor finisher at the rim and now the dude is shooting 68%.

Duke has a chance of playing #8 Auburn tomorrow then #3 Gonzaga on Wednesday. That would be Duke's trio 2nd and 3rd time facing a top 10 team. Good to see them get some legit tests this early in the season. Usually it's mostly just horrible opposition this early.

Just watched the highlights. Cam getting some finishing at the rim in.

The one thing I really like about RJ is his slashing ability. He is darn good at making plays in traffic.
