You just don't own a $32.5 million part-time home unless you are a billionaire. LA is his main home now. I am sure Wade has a nice luxury condo he can spend time when he visits Miami.

Actually, he paid 10.6 mil for it back in 2010. He renovated it and the value of the property also went up just because he lived in it.
