From my perspective, KZ clearly has the talent to plug in as a rotation 4/3 with a decent spot up 3 and length and ability on defense. It seems the biggest things holding him back are consistency in rotating for team offense and team defense. But to a certain extent, isn't real playing time needed to get that refined? You can only simulate so much in practice.

This season is a mess anyways, let's invest in getting this team to top end production


Well that is the problem with not having G-League. You are trying to cram individual development with coaches trying to figure out the system and rotation to win games. Yes it was successful last year even though it started to crumble the second half of the season. Then the season was boosted when veterans took the lead in Dragic, Iggy and Crawford.
