Offseason discussion point: is Herro worth signing for what he will be making? No way the Heat can keep both him and DROB, nor should they if either player is not consistent. Are the Heat better off with DROB, Herro, or neither. I say wait for DROB to go off on a hot streak and trade him asap. He is not a third option for this team.

Robinson is an elite shooter, and he will go off in a series and win you a game or two sometimes all by himself.
Tyler has already done that in the ECF. Duncan is played off the floor in the playoffs and rides the bench in the 4th
