Crazy that the Knicks are the only team from New York i have fully renounced. Still root hard for the Giants and Mets even though they both suck too. Miami Heat is just a great franchise. It’s no mistake you hear Let’s go Heat in so many road arenas. New York is filled now with NY/South Florida transplants that go back and forth. I’d be one of those goons yelling Let’s go Heat at MSG while i’m up there visiting the family

I don't think he needs to take any of Max's minutes. In fact I think he (Strus) deserves more. I would be fine with him taking all of Gabe's though. And I love Gabe and his scrappiness. But Dipo can do that and more. But Dipo is not a pure shooter and Strus is.

In his defense, when Duncan Robinson gets 3 shots off in the first few minutes of the game (would've been 4 if not for a strip), that tells me that the coaching staff views Duncan as a bigger piece on offense than Bam, which is insane considering Bam averages 63% more points than Duncan, but that's the reality of it.

As for criticism, he was making some dumb moves, like trying to post up guys who are bigger than him, when he should've been facing them up and taking them off the dribble. There was also times where he thought about making a move to score but, instead, turned it down and was looking for someone to pass to.

The way I see it, we're in a win-win situation.

If the Heat win the title, great!

If the Heat don't win the title, all hell is gonna break loose on how Bam is viewed on offense and how Yurtz can't get himself into the rotation while Duncan is given the NBA's longest leash.

see you in BamAggresivebamometer thread dude :x

lol I was going to update it the last game with FTAs because he got to the line 10 times, which is about 7.5 FTAs when adjusted to his season MPG, but I'm waiting for a real solid game from him before I update it again (if ever, considering he has to show consistency for this to mean anything).

But yeah, it's disappointing and I still can't get over how we were 0-10 to start the game with Duncan taking so many shots, but Bam only got the ball once during that span, and he was the last one out of our starters to get a shot at putting up our first points.

Next game is gonna be a make-or-break game for Bam ever being a superstar.

I like Strus and would hope he would get the shooter minutes but most likely Duncan is not coming out of the rotation and continues to get 14-20 minutes based off of how hot or cold he is. Gabe is probably the one who gets his minutes cut for Dipo along with Strus. Duncan’s contract keeps him in the lineup good or bad.

Good win, great game from Herro. This is what we need if he’s going to lead the team in shots and usage. He has to be efficient otherwise he’s just hurting us.

Handles and footwork are cringeworthy
Its not his footwork. Its his decision making. Why is he trying to post up Robinson

No its definitely his footwork too. Sometimes he feels like a turnover waiting to happen in the paint. I know the coaching staff has worked with him, so he's gotta take it upon himself to fill the gaps at this point. Shouldn't be nervous if he takes more than 2 dribbles or dribbles in traffic in year 5.

his footwork is non existent, baffles me he doesnt have that after all this years.

Excellent showing last night by the good guys. Knicks are a mess but Barrett was on fire and the Knicks had every reason to steal. This Heat team is a great one and very fun to watch.
