Oh yea sure but Derozan lost big because of his bad fg %. Nothing to brag about there. We know Herro can shoot better than this.

Great job rebounding again. A little Bird-like.

Never doubted you on the win OP.. good job as usual

Our hope is that he goes nuclear and hits everything. And we sell as High as we can next off season.
it's a fkn shame, maybe we shouldn't have gone after his throat so hard
I think he's the kind of player who needs encouragement and not pressure to perform

What on earth would be embarrassing about that?

He has not played with any consistency for what, 3 years in this league? He is trying to fight his way back. Nothing embarrassing about giving him play time whenever we can get it.

Letting him try to get into a rhythm by playing over guys who he has more talent than but are clearly more game ready, all while we're in the middle of a fight for playoff seeding, is not the smartest thing in the world and I'm sure he understands that. Especially after we kinda tried that already and he was underwhelming, causing us to go back to Gabe.

Prefer Caleb than Duncan in the rotation.

Duncan/Markieff should only be seeing minutes in specific cases. Playoff rotation should be:

Starters: Lowry/Strus/Jimmy/PJ/Bam
Reserves: Gabe/Herro/Caleb/Dedmon

We certainly turned up for this gm. Jimmy, Lowry & Herro look ready for PO's!
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

I hope I'm wrong, though.

Jimmy played heavy minutes tonight so I’d guess he doesn’t play tomorrow.

To be clear, this isn't something I pulled out of nowhere; it's actually something I started studying closer throughout the losing streak.

Here's another example, and there's more. Not hating on Bam, I just think he shouldn't be out there and roll my eyes when people claim he can guard 1-5.

Spoiler:
Image

I've seen what you're talking about throughout the year, but for the most part, he stifles guards with his footwork and positioning and they tend to have a hard time getting away from him. Sometimes he gets caught off guard, like in your clip. That guy has been doing that to everyone this year.

But if his assignment was to guard a PG/SG with quickness for the whole game, hell no. He'd be cooked.

Just throwing out other examples of lesser players - Immanuel Quickley and Shake Milton

FWIW, I don't think there's any player that can truly guard 1-5. Draymond and PJ probably comes closest and that's largely 1-4 with exceptions to the 4s.

The peaks and valleys of this team is something else. Seems like Spo is tinkering with the lineups to see what works and who will be the playoff rotation. I know Robinson will be in the rotation come playoff time but how much of a leash is Spo willing to give him? Teams will be exploiting that Herro/Robinson lineup hard

Because he sees himself as an all-star level player who is coming back from injury and doesn't want to be associated with the end of the bench. It's the last couple of minutes of a game, nothing good can happen and he's really not going to do anything he can't do in a practice.

Bam made some sweet jumpers last night. As did Butler. Mid-range sweetness.

Tucker with those championship hustle plays.

Title or bust!
