Herro looked like he's lost confidence offensively. Its the playoffs so either he breaks out of it or his minutes are gonna go down. If he can't get buckets it doesn't make sense to play because other players are way better defensively.
And this is not a criticism of Spo but he's not the best of helping guys break out of slumps if they are not shooters.\I think as a coach you can draw specific plays for guys to get them into rythmn. For Bam, we should do more pick & rolls. And for Herro, do a screen action to get him an open midrange jumper.
Maybe its philosophy and he lets guys figure it out on their own. But I have noticed that when guys are not rolling he doesn't draw plays specifically just for them. The only person he does that for is Duncan.
