Isn’t there a thread at the Raptors board where they are literally laughing at us for singing Lowry and getting an asset out of it? Lowry might return on a one day vet min to officially retire but they are not trading for him.

Just wanted to see if I could make a trade that helps out everyone and kind of did. Lowry doesn't exactly have to go back to Toronto to be ok with a trade, Miami could send him back to his hometown. I didn't throw around draft picks but you know that'll happen.

The issue with LeBron is he's only under contract for 1 more year and he'll be 38 before the 2nd half of next season. Also... draft picks will be moved around. I'm not sure what LA's direction is with AD with LeBron currently 37 and no real way to rebuild their rotation by next season, it's sounding more and more that they can't move Westbrook.

LA sold their soul for AD, got a championship and now are in no man's land with LeBron having a few more years left in him as an impact player. Who else is giving LA more with possibly only 1 year of LeBron?

Agreed, please mods make a thread to keep all these crazy ideas I am seeing in one place. This is for serious information and talking points, these Wishlist trades are just clogging up the thread.

Teams like Washington and Charlotte have to overpay for players. Every year we go through this. If you think paying Duncan 17 mill a year is a bad contract wait till you see what role players get this summer. Watch how many players get above 20 mill. And we gonna get the holy smokes reaction the first 2 days of free agency

I love how we swap 2 rotation players who weren’t very good and a guy out of the rotation for the 2nd best player ever who just averaged like 31-8-8 or some **** and they project we got worse

If only Gabe was 3-4" taller and with a 6-8" longer wingspan we would have the perfect backup Combo Guard to play the PG/SG spot. Hell hed be a major upgrade over Lowry as a starter.
