I remember :x

We could have avoided Boston that year.

I thought that was when we were going for the worst record in the league and Derek rose. Maybe I'm wrong.

Nah. This was 2010 and we were trying tank to play Atlanta instead of Boston.

IF philly has room do it or something like this.

I would trade Joel Anthony, sign a Rookie PG and call it an off-season

Bosh-Birdman-Oden
UD-Rashard-Varnando
Bron-Battier-Ennis
Wade-Allen-JJ
Chalmers-Cole-Rookie

Beno Udrih is pretty underrated imo. We could get him for the minimum and he'd be just as important as Mo would for however much he wants

While I think Mo's abilities get downplayed too much, I actually like Udrih better as a PG because he has a better understanding for the game and how to run the point. Unlike Rio and Cole, he is a high IQ basketball player, sort of in the mold of Arroyo, but obviously with better qualities all around.

When I wrote about him the comments were that he has a "thing" with Lebron and it won't happen etc, I believe that if Lebron think he can help us win another title Lebron will forget about what happened between them and tell Riley to try to get him..

T Williams anyone? 6'6 220 G/SF type? Or just Ennis / Big V after this Oden signing due to Cap roob.

Can't shoot, needs the ball to be effective. No thanks.

Last season he was .495 % . I think that is good.

TWill is actually a worse version of Tyreke Evans being forced into playing SF.

He played 24 games and averaged less than 14 minutes a game. There's nothing convincing about that sample size. The larger sample sizes, his entire career, points to him being a below average shooter even on a limited volume

Heat should have traded him when he was getting so much exposure, back when the fans would chant MVP for him. I feel like him barely playing has factored into no one wanting him... ugh. I swear they were going to trade him draft night for a 2nd rounder or so, oh well.

Return to Miami Heat
