Better ceiling than last year. Brunson is a legit scorer. Jimmy can coast the RS with Herro/Brunson taking care of the scoring load.

Maybe Lowry wants a do over with going to Dallas and a chance to get out of fat camp(Dallas loves chubby Luka). Maybe Brunson getting cold feet about playing for his dad. Maybe just maybe Brunson to the Heat has legs. We will get hard capped and give the 10.3 to Bamba the BAE to Martin. Trade Robinson and Yurt for Crowder and Craig saving 3 mil in that deal. This could all be real.

It’s would you rather pay Lowry or Brunson? Right now the opportunity might be open to pay Brunson instead and it might be over paying but getting a better younger player so why not?

We basically have that price range with Kyle. Imagine we have a younger PG who can legit score and help Jimmy.

I'm tired of seeing Jimmy with no help in scoring the ball in PO. I don't see Kyle can help with that.

He's better than Lowry, but he's a defensive liability at his size. Seems like he'd just be filling the role Herro is supposed to fill as our 2nd scorer. Just seems like a meh upgrade I guess IDK

Lowry and a 1st for Brunson

Duncan a 1st and Yurt for Collins

Dipo sign and trade with a pick for Barnes/Bamba or take away the pick for crowder

Sign Warren or Porter JR with the TPMLE

Sign Jalen Smith for the minimum

Brunson/Vincent
Jimmy/Herro
Barnes/Martin
Collins/Warren or Porter
Bam/Smith

Dude was amazing in the playoffs, especially when Luka was out and he was featured more. He averaged 32-5.5-5.5 when Luka was out in the playoffs. Last year Herro led the team in shots and usage, pass that off to Brunson and we’re cooking imo.

Also keep in mind a young Brunson paired with Herro and picks for a whale in the future is much more enticing that a Lowry package

Just like how Lowry was getting torched in the playoffs and dropping 0 point games? While Brunson was carrying the mavs in the playoffs without luka and averaging 32 during that stretch and got them two wins?

Brunson is probably going to the Knicks with all the connections he has but if the god father Riley can pull this one out whew man it’s definitely an upgrade over Lowry
