@KingDavid, you finally left the DemonLord thread behind and provided us with a quality thread worthy of conversation.

Yeah, the way I see it now, Tsai and Sean are now ecstatic to trade this snek and will extract all trade scenarios that will benefit them. And looks like he won't care if KD still sits this one out.

Celtics and Nets will eventually meet in the middle. Just a matter of time.

I don't think he is choosing them per say, I think he know its darn near impossible to completely wipe the coaching staff and GM in what's left until training camp 5-6 weeks. A good coaching search takes months, let alone a GM.   He is like Durant I know what your doing, good chess move, but I am not gonna roll with the punches and call your bluff.

The problem with this statement is that teams will still not give up anything of worth, unless Durant commits to that team. Whos gonna give up assets for a 34Y old injury prone prima donna that changes teams more than under ware.

There are still teams who would be willing if it's gonna move the needle for them (Celtics/Raps). Raptors did this with Kawhi with 1 year remaining on his contract.

And KD won't have a choice but the suit up, his credibility, and legacy are on the line here.

This chit is messy beyond belief but not messy enough for him to take our offer over others. Tsai deploying some Art of War

As he should. Players have gotten out of control. They arrive making demands, and when those demands are met and **** blows up, they don't take responsibility. They just come up with a new list of demands. Owners need to put an end to this nonsense.

I get what your saying, but as of know those teams don't exist. Nobody has put anything in front of Brooklyn they would be willing to accept. I could see Boston, opening negotiations back up which is the team that trumps everyone else, I could see Toronto give in and give up the players they weren't putting on the table before, or even GSW at the last minute coming in and going all in. Outside of that I haven't heard of anyone else wanting to enter the fold.

That's why the Brooklyn FO would benefit them if they drag this into the season. Let the Snek sit this one and we know the value of these players ain't gonna change like what happened to Simmons.

A disappointing start of a contending team may gamble and take a risk for KD.
