Some desperately needed depth could be on the way.

Can’t imagine it’s tougher than what he faced in the MIL series with Lopez, Giannis, Holiday…

Needs a big game 2. He’s been off for a while now.

Yeah that MIL series proved to me he can deal with length just fine....if anything, that bum ankle is what's slowed him. So long as Jimmy's aggressive, I'm not worried about his production. Same goes for Bam. The rest will follow.

Martin missed practice with an illness. Might explain his G1 performance

Is Love hurt? Last time I saw him was when he went in briefly vs the Celtics than asked out right away. Did he play at all after that?

Just think about it: we missed 26 3PT in Game 1. The vast majority of those were clean, wide open looks. If we had made half of the 26 missed, we would've blown Denver out.

Expecting to hit > 50% from 3 is a bit optimistic. But yeah, if we hit those open shots at a decent rate it would have been a totally different game. Even 3 more makes would have kept us closer, and might have affected how Denver played defense and their overall comfort level as well as ours.

Of course they shot 3s even worse than we did, which is out of character for them.

Denver dominated game 1 in so many ways that they were able to get away with shooting < 30% from 3 and win without really sweating.

I believe 1-3 or 0-3 to be the death knell. I'll take anything else to get to 4 wins.

Also keep in mind Shaq/Zo/Wade's 06 ring when down 0-2 was 2-3-2 format.

I think we should start Kevin Love at center and let him guard Jokic. I know Love is not a great defender but at least his presence will force Jokic to have to defend the perimeter since Love is a 3pt shooter.
