Why do we have to go through the whole with/without shoes debate? Its stupid - I miss the old days when MJ was 6'6" and that was the end of it. Think about it, if I give you the name of somebody you could easily tell me his height: Magic (6'9"), Zo (6'10"), Mashburn (6'8"). These are all consistent WITH SHOES measurements. Without shoes, I am positive most players would be considered undersized, even though they are the ones who have, historically, set the NBA protoyypical sizes for each position.
Although, I do remember Glen Rice being measured 6'8" with the Heat and then 6'7" in his Charlotte/LA days, and I think it was credited to his shaving the Kid-N-Play flat top fade.
