IM AN AMATEUR and EVEN I WOULD HAVE CALLED A TIMEOUT after the second 3pter the Magic made and switched the guys into a 3-2 zone or just play the perimeter. Force the Magic to take ugly contested 3pters or switch their offense AGAIN and only go for 2 pointers.

this is absolutely pathetic.

and guess what? This moron of a coach plays Dampier early in the game, then lets Joel play the rest out. We lose our lead AGAIN because of this garbage. I am sick and tired of it.

HE HAS TO GO. HE IS A HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COACH. NO IDEA HOW TO MANAGE MOMENTUM AND DISRUPT ENEMY TEAM'S MOMENTUMS

HE PUT JOEL ANTHONY IN AND ALLOWED A 38-9 RUN and NOW he puts Dampier in when the Heat have to fight for survival tooth and nail against a Magic team that has momentum now.

I thought he was going to be relieved of his duties after the Knicks debacle, he survived. How on earth could Riley keep this guy after this meltdown, with the schedule we have coming up? It's championship or bust for this team...this year. Everyone who thinks this is a multi-year process is talking out of their armpits. This team has the tools to win it all this year, but they're not going to do so so long as Spoelstra is the coach. How could they keep him after back to back national television games where they pissed away 15-point and 24-point leads at home? Riley would have no credibility left. The pressure is starting to build, even the moribund South Florida press would have to start publicly calling out the team. This team is very close to collapsing, if they haven't already. At what point does Spoelstra lose whatever credibility he has with the players?

I've been a strong supporter of Spo, but I'm starting to turn. 0-3 vs. the Celtics. Three losses in a row in which we were up big. Can't beat winning teams. And this is all coming in the most crucial point of our schedule.

I'm not ready to turn yet, but the upcoming schedule will definitely show us what we are made of.

I don't care if we somehow pulled this game out, something needs to change or this team is GUARANTEED for a 2nd round loss. I'd be willing to put all the money in my bodog account on them losing that 2nd round series against Boston or Chicago.

Trade deadline is over, all the waived players have been picked up .. only one possible change left to make.

i didn't see even ONE half court play during the entire 4th Q. it's just iso. the team is scoring on pure talent, but that is NOT enough.

How do you allow a 38-9 run and make no adjustments? It's obvious SVG made an adjustment...

Then call a play for LeBron in the clutch....which has never worked....

Then call a 3pt for Bosh of all people....

Why not a play for Wade?

it was OBVIOUS that the Magic decided to go into 3 point chuck mode to get back into the game. That was their last grasp, their last chance.

What does spo do? nothing. no 3-2 zone, no play the perimeter. Magic gets white hot, gets all the momentum on their side, now it's too late. Too late when he FINALLY takes out Joel Anthony and puts Dampier back in. TOO LATE.

For as horrible, or rather nonexistent, as the offense is the defensive "system" is a freaking joke! Leave one of the best teams from 3pt range open all game long so eventually they can get hot and shoot the lights out?! And then not make a single fricken change?! WTFH!!! How does that happen?! How can this mental midget be the head coach of this team?! Riley needs to step in ASAP or he really doesn't want to coach ever again, and TBH that's some BS on his part too! Thanks for getting us the big 3 and then putting them in the hands of an absolute imbecile!!!

there comes a point in the game where great players step up and make plays
they step up and lead their team, vocally and by example

i didnt see any fire out there when the magic went on their run
